Unfortunately, I'm also having issues installing it.

I get BSOD: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA during installation, everything progresses fine until the 'dongle' part then the OS collapses. I tried twice with same result, I'm running Windows 10 Compact & Lite [19041.172] @By Nicky
btw, I'm downloading v2020.05.06 from somewhere else to make sure my hardware is okay. Will test it then comment my results.

Anyone else is experiencing similar issues?

added for additional information- BSOD occurs during installation of the Runtime package.. after Dongle prompt. Fielname aksfridge.sys. Plus when i Itry and uninstall, it returns an error that the file used for the uninstall function cannot be found.

Not directly related to the post but I know the file aksfridge.sys. It's part of hardware protection called HASP (Hardware Against Software Piracy). Its location should be C:\Windows\System32\drivers as its a driver itself and install as a service that can be turned on/off from services under normal conditions. It is known in some cases, to cause issues like BSOD.
A possible solution, use Regedit and navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\aksfridge\ change the value of “Start” from 2 to 4.

Tried installing the v2020.05.06 same BSOD error, it happens during the installation of the Sentinel service after popup window asking for disconnecting the dongle.

A possible solution, use Regedit and navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\aksfridge\ change the value of “Start” from 2 to 4.

I searched over my registry with specialized software before & after failed installation but couldn't find "aksfridge". The only place that it exists is on C:\windows\system32\drivers as well as on C:\windows\system32\setup\aladdin\hasphl called aksfridge.sys (475KB).
Not sure what to do next.. both releases doesn't contain any readme file with instructions, just a Medicines folder with 2 .dll files that I copied on installation directory after OS restart itself from BSOD.

The software runs however when navigating on help/check for licence error message is telling "Dongle exception: cannot find a valid dongle key" then another notice is checking the licence which is totally blank on the Dongle Information section. Not sure what the provided "Medicines" files does but is working (didn't test all functions yet) probably is limited as an evaluation copy that is gonna ask for dongle again at some point.

Need help.


UPDATE: I confirm the software is fully functional even after BSOD during installation + no information displayed on licence (usually dongle is required).

However I'd rather recoomend using a portable version like "FINALMobile Forensics 4 v2020.03.04 x64" available here:
