Windows

Just note this is not the latest version could not find any fix for the latest version 4.9.0 yet

1. Download FileBot 4.8.5.zip

2. Extract file to any place you want

3. Run FileBot_4.8.5_x64.msi or FileBot_4.8.5_x86.msi and follow the on screen prompts

4. After the installation do not run the software

5. From the Fix folder copy filebot.jar to your installation folder and overwrite old one > x:\Program Files\FileBot\jar\ or x:\Program Files (x86)\FileBot\jar\

Almost all the Music players comes with the libraries and advanced organising features. You don't have to browse and find the track/album/playlist you're looking from within Windows explorer, everything is indexed within the inbuilt library. Why the video playing software devs never though of this is beyond me.

Thanks just registered - i have the old free one which still works fine . Was going to buy it but price double when he stuck it on the MS store $48 - actually just checked it's only $6 for a year - but don't really need it just yet not at the tidying my library stage yet
