thanks @Mirkec downloaded, it works fine.
just a trick for users facing problem with "medicine" like me, when Medicines it is saying file is in use and it failed, i tried 2 times, even restart but failed, then i copied the .dll file (name in above field) + Medicines in another folder and patched successfully... then simply copy .dll file from here and paste in program folder forcefully. all done. hope this will work for others.
