I would appreciate if you could provide me with detailed instructions on how to reset Windows in the fastest way possible. If there are any shortcuts or techniques that can speed up the process, I would be grateful if you could share these with us.

lol why is that title in high caps ...

ok this is simple ...
fastest way to reset windows is just format the c: and reinstall the OS , done ... this is to make a total clean install :)

otherwise to reset your PC, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC > Get Started.
Then, select Keep my files, choose cloud or local, change your settings, and set Restore preinstalled apps? to No.
done.

also you need to know this ...
How long does it take to fully reset Windows 10 PC?
As a factory reset takes away all your data, it is essential to Backup before the process.
It usually takes around 30 minutes to 3 hours to reset, depending on your device configuration.
Further, you can use Windows Backup and Restore .

In Windows 11, open Settings > System > Recovery (or Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options > Recovery).
Click Reset PC next to the Reset this PC option.

also make that you have the flash drive / dvd with the OS that you need :)

Took the words right out of my mind. not only can we achieve the fastest way of installation this way (With a decent Configuration, 10-15 Minutes max per OS) but we can also improvise our OS and softwares with each succession.

1 OS recovery
2 Return to the original state
3 Return to the previous version
4 Reinstall the OS
5 Restoring system files

Factory reset is done when other mechanisms fail.

Go to "Start", click "Options".
Select "Update and protect" - icon with a round arrow.
On the left, click "Recovery", and...
