Well, this I AM AN IDIOT*ked up my pc. Restart do smth. Install some PUAP sh*t . Now i`m trying to fix my pc. Defender don't working, UAC disabled, Can't uninstall ESET. Now i have to fresh installation of windows. Dont download it!
