Error While Trying To Install Windows 10

Hi !

I've tried to install windows 10 many times , but always there is a problem .
Sometimes the Pc dosn't even Boot and sometimes I get a Recovery message (As you can see in the picture)
I've tried to install the windows 10 from Mircosoft tool and also I've tried to download it from Team-os , but always the same problem.
I'am using PowerISO and ISO to USB to make a bootable USB because I don't have the CD .
PS: I get an Error message while trying to make a bootable USB using Rufus.

My Pc Config :
Brand : Asus
Model : X541U
CPU : i5-7200U
HDD : 1TB
RAM : 8GB DDR4
GPU : Nvidia GeForce 940 MX

Have you tried reading an actual guide on how to make a bootable USB?

I really Know how to make a bootable USB ,I've done It before , But this time It dosn't work !

man type in google "how to use rufus"
and have you used the latest version from rufus ??
then it should work

i'm closing this :
because when you look in google you find a movie how to do .

Should I try to burn it on a DvD ?
