Error Installing Windows Xp

windows xp cannot installed as setup cannot find previous version!! How to Fix this error. I am Installing windows xp. I have installed Windows 7 x64 bit. But i have 1gb RAM so want to move back to Windows XP

How are you trying to start the installation? Are you booting from a bootable CD/USB or are you trying some voodoo method?

OOOOO - I like the voodoo method of installation ........... has to be better than what some of these *#)%*( are trying to use

If that's meen that you before have installed xp, an after installing Win7 on other partition or other disc you loose ability to boot XP,
and if you look in win7 local disc with xp system data, maybe you use Visual BCD editor version 9 to make boot meny.
Visual BCD requare min .NET Framework 4.0 Client.
