hello and thank you for sharing.
For people having some problems with the Medicines.
here is a solution that I found on the internet and which worked for me.
How to install & Medicines?

• Driver Genius Platinum 23.0.0.137 downloaded package contains the setup for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems (Choose according to your OS).
• Disconnect from the internet and also pause your Antivirus momentarily as the medicine file will be detected as a threat to your Windows
• Now extract the package by using WinZip or WinRAR and install Driver Genius Platinum 23.0.0.137 by using setup.
• After the installation is done, don’t launch the program.
• Copy the Medicines to the installation directory, run it as administrator, and click on the Medicines.
• It’s done, Enjoy Driver Genius Platinum 23.0.0.137 Full Version.

during installation an error message will tell you that it is impossible to connect to the internet for the database, do OK and continue the installation.
the database will download once the software is patched and you have restored the internet

once the software is launched, do OK on the first message saying it is impossible to connect to the server for the license.

Can't find the Medicines. Didin't get any ms defender message.

OK OK. Found it. It was mistiriously deleted by ms antivirus. :-(

But its not working. License expired
