Locked Downloader for INSTANT NEW SONGS YouTube?

Hi, first if this is not the appropriate sub forum for this topic, please move to the appropriate sub forum.

Two days ago Her Smile song came out and I just couldnt download via IDM. IDM was NOT showing in that video. I thought it could be a bug but it showed the button on all other videos except that one. Then tried online downloaders like en.savefrom.net but was getting cannot access google server something and no downloaders could download. Now I see IDM is appearing on that Her Smile video so could it be they were being extra protective from the song being downloaded in the first two days?

Is there any downloader that will let to download any music album or any such copyrighted instantly as soon as it comes out on youtube?
