Locked Database Leftover

When I opened IObit uninstaller it says stubborn database files are leftover.

Pls may I know what it is and how do I remove those..!!

@avgsoprs2106 Database Leftover are lets say that you delete a program or get a update from a program then they still leave something in the registry or in the program files Dir when it is used with medicine so you need to clean these / remove these manual with a program called regedit

Have you tried any registry repair tools? This may help in fixing this issue. I use Glarysoft, and it seems to help with this kind of issue.
