Comfort Clipboard Pro comes as a simple, straightforward utility that allows a user to manage all content stored on its clipboard easily. The application has been built to monitor all changes made to the clipboard and to save them in the clipboard history automatically. The application enabling a user to use, edit, manage and store all past entries with the least amount of effort on its behalf.
Right from the beginning, a Startup Wizard helps the user to set preferences to use the application efficiently. After setting up to the app, the user can easily keep an eye on various items that have placed on the clipboard, in addition to accessing specific details on them. The tool displays a list of clipboard changes (text, link, or other types of content) on the right side and allows a user to move items up or down in this list effortlessly. Selecting any entries will show a preview of their materials on the left side of the app's window.
For each item on the clipboard, the software shows info on the date when it was added, while also displaying a set of paste options. At the same time, it offers the user the possibility to add items to favourites or to delete them with only a few mouse clicks. The application places an icon in the Taskbar next to the System Tray, and the user can easily access the clipboard from there, should the main window be hidden. Heading to the Options menu enables a user to change keyboard shortcuts, theme, and other settings.
User can set Comfort Clipboard to run at Windows startup, which will ensure that it can track all clipboard changes from an active session. The application is also able to encrypt data on the clipboard, thus offering increased security for text and other content users have placed there. Even if the computer shuts down unexpectedly, items remain in the clipboard history, and user data is kept safe.
Comfort Clipboard might prove very useful when a user needs to move multiple batches of text between documents, and a user wants to be able to keep track of them, as well as in any other situation when user need to place content on the clipboard.
Clipboard History:
- Brief fragment contents: a text or an image;
- The icon of the fragment’s format as defined in the user system;
- The icon of the application from which the fragment was copied to the clipboard;
- Additional brief information for each fragment according to its format;
- The list of all formats the fragment can be used in;
- Preview area.
- Edit any text fragment, set a hotkey for a quick paste of the fragment, and set the colour of the fragment in the list;
- Assign a display name for any fragment that hides its contents;
- User can drag and drop any fragment from the clipboard manager to the input field;
- Unlimited number of fragments stored in the clipboard history (by default, 500 fragments are saved);
- User can protect its data with strong 448-bit Blowfish encryption so that nobody can access them without knowing the password;
- All data are copied to the clipboard in several formats at once, so a user can select the format to want to use;
- User can select several fragments in the clipboard manager and paste them with one click;
- Ability to customise favourite clipboard fragments;
- The program toolbar in the Windows taskbar;
- Ability to filter fragments in the clipboard manager;
- Ability to specify applications in which the clipboard monitor will be disabled;
- Ability to assign sounds to program events.

- New: Fragments of the clipboard can be manipulated as files if you drag them to Windows Explorer, Browser or Paint;
- Improved: The limit for pasting text as keystrokes have been removed. User can interrupt pasting with the Escape key (Pro Edition);
- Improved: Unicode support for the system tray icon notification tooltip has been added;
- Improved: Ability to search by fragment name has been added;
- New: Slovak interface language has been added;
- Code optimisation and various minor improvements.
