I have used the free versions of these for years. CCleaner has the quickest, safest registry cleaner. It isn't the most thorough, but it's safe and fast. Love the whole set. thank you very much! First time I will try the pro versions.

Download from website. Then use Medicines. If that doesn't work, Idk... Works fine for me.
