Description:
If you spend 8-12 hours a day in front of a computer screen, sometimes sitting up late at the keyboard, it makes sense to think about preserving your eyesight.
The CareUEyes program will help in this matter.
CareUEyes is used to change the color temperature and brightness of the image on the computer screen, and is also able to remind the user to take a break and look away from the display. The program is designed for undemanding users, it does not make beginners complex with a huge number of options and settings.
Additionally:
The user is given the opportunity to choose the appropriate frequency of eye breaks and their duration, set the desired color temperature and brightness manually or using several ready-made templates suitable for different computer use scenarios. Access to all the main functions of the program can be obtained from the main window or the context menu of the icon in the notification area of the taskbar.
You can monitor the rest timer using a floating window that can be disabled in the settings, in addition, a minute before its activation, the program will show a notification with a suggestion to postpone the break for 3 or 5 minutes. In full-screen mode, CareUEyes will not disturb the user, that is, the game or watching a movie will not be interrupted.
During a break to rest the eyes, the program covers the desktop with its window, in which, by default, a timer is available until the end of the break and a button to end it early. To avoid the temptation to return to work earlier than necessary, the end break button can be disabled in the settings.
