There are many offers to buy Medicines or patches for the newest releases on the internet. However, some sources said that it gets corrupted data after usage, so it needs to be careful. It is interesting that pirates offering medicines but do they not offering compatible installer along with medicine. There is very difficult to find installers of previous builds and combine them with relevant Medicines. The official website provides only the last release.

@Tapan Mazumder a few days ago posted Medicines without installer for 3.2 release but I could not found the installer on the web. If someone can, that would be almost the last release. Until then take a look here.
