It's not working for me.
It used to work I tried portable version I tried this but what happens now is: I start Fortnite I press the hotkey to start Recording but the record doesn't start in Game Capture Mode I tried to press the rec button in Bandicam but nothing happens.
If I block it in hostst or firewall the same happens Desktop/Window Capture works perfectly but Game Mode capture is not starting even the Image capture doesn't work I have no idea why.

I found the solution now
You have to install vc redist all in one and it will work.
