2: install.txt

I am a simple user and it's not clear how to install this software properly.

After the setup exe .... Is it enough to run the License Patcher Installer exe? So actually the patcher exe does everything and I don't have to care about the steps that is in the medicine\SSQ-MIX-XFORCE\install.txt file?
