No need for this share as one can install (tryware) the last version and import any previously exported data.
After some time the new version will pop a "obsolete version, download the last one" (closing it won't prevent from keeping to use it), a simple firewall block will prevent the app for looking at siber systems for the last update.

Too bad the phone version looks directly at siber servers to download data if I'm not mistalen, so no way to upload any form of backuped data from computer will allow shared data between vomputer(s) & phone.
