I hope someone can give me a hand with an issue that I have. I installed this windows version and it works like a charm except one issue. The windows explorer search bar does not work. When I try to type something there I can only type one single letter. I am new at commenting here and I saw no option to send a message to jerry. I hope someone will be able to give me a hand. No solutions I found online seem to work. Thanks in advance.

i don't know why this have happened i haven't touch anything that involves "search"
but try the search option at the start button it works
also check some answers that has been given in the previous page of this thread

I did check the other posts. I have the same issue that was pointed out by akhmedtohamey. The windows search seems to be corrupted. I can search at the start button without any problems. However, search in control panel or explorer does not work . Is there a way to reinstall Windows search?

Also I had an issue with the original theme were I could not see the text in the programs. I tried attaching a screenshot but it says it only allows .torrent file types.

If you aren't connected to the internet, Windows 10 search won't work. Before you try anything more serious, make sure your network is functioning properly.
it might be also because cortana has been removed
