After login I can't download New Neural filters but I can use the Neural filters I previously downloaded wile using Mr Spacely version.
At the moment it looks like the trial Medicines works to at list have access to the Neural filters menu.

I found a last version in another website that let me download Neural Filters that I didn't download before. Not sure if it's the same version on TeamOS locked thread that is under investigation.
Since I tried many version without clean install, I don't know what solo version actually works with Neural Filters. After I'll re install windows I won't have a choice but to check that. For the moment I'm avoiding that because I need a working PS with Neural Filters.

Hey, I run the latest version Adobe Photoshop 2023 24.3.0 x64 from M0nkrus.
Found that M0nkrus's version is clean and works perfectly. All filters work and no bugs.

All the version I tried and used for months from TeamOS where buggy with random and annoying crushes. I looked up the "Original" version that people here repack or make liter and found it's M0nkrus's version.
You can google M0nkrus Warez or check the telegram channel.

Always scan the files and use at your own risk.
