OK. You're forgiven.
I have answered the same questions about neural filters so many times that I'm loosing patience.

Adobe have lots of online help if you need it.
Also use the help option in Photoshop because it is very good.
And of course Google is overflowing with Photoshop related information.

Im using the Adobe Bridge along with this Photoshop version which has Camera Raw in it. I'm not able to get the camera raw commands in Bridge to work
'Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed' is he error i get,any workaround for it ?

From Bridge you can open files in Photoshop. Once the file is opened in Photoshop then you can edit it with Camera Raw.
However, opening files directly in Camera Raw won't work if there is a version mismatch between Bridge and Photoshop.

I have not been able to to find a reliable workaround.
If you find one please come back and tell us what it is.
