Peace Be Upon You dear brothers
My device is Dell T3500 8 GB RAM, SSD 256 GB, xeon w3550, 8 MB cash, Core i7 first generation, I use Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and everything is fast in the device, but I use Google Chrome browser, I spend ten minutes, for example, to open pages on Facebook and do not open many pages at a time One I find RAM consumption is very high
So I ask the brothers to advise me about an experiment on a light browser that does not consume a lot of RAM and the processor

Bro. Try firefox or slimjet .. or google alternatives to chrome. 10 minutes to.open a page suggest you got serious hardware issues.

First of all, let's clear up one thing. Any browser will consume about the same amount of ram when they use the same number and type of extensions and have the same pages open. That being said, and since you didn't provide any additional info, what you should know is that by default, Chrome browser creates an entirely separate process for every single tab or extra extension you are using. Look at the image below with 4 tabs and 6 working extensions.

So if you want to save ram, limit the number of extensions to the basic ones (ones you can't work without like ad blockers) and also limit the simultaneous tabs you have open. Remember that different sites need a different size of ram based on how they were coded.

If you want to see what's going on under the hood you can use the chrome task manager by clicking on the 3dots on the upper right corner-->tools--->task manager and you will see an image like this.

PzG3r3.png

Here you can see which page/extensions consume more ram and disable them.

There is this small less known trick that can force chrome to use a single process. Right-click the Google Chrome icon in your "Start" menu and select "Properties." Click the "Target" text box and scroll to the end of the line. Insert the phrase "--process-per-site" after the end of the text currently in the box and click "Apply."

Hope it helped and let us know how it went.

@ahmadali2020, first of all we have to verify if the problem is from the browser, your computer or the Internet.
Use another browser, for example Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
If with these browsers you do not have speed problems or RAM consumption, the problem will be your Chrome, which you must completely uninstall with Revo Unistaller Pro or iObit and download and install it again.
Before uninstalling take especially consider what @Cyler informed about extensions and process, there is where your problem with Chrome lies if you have many extensions, one in particular that consumes a lot of RAM or opens many windows or simultaneous tabs.
If you have the same problem with all browsers, do the following:
1. Clean your computer of cookies, temporary, etc with some program like Ccleaner.
2. Open the CMD console as administrator, copy, paste and press Enter to each of these commands (one by one):
Code:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
3. Restart computer
Tell us how it went.

What I found easier on the system's resource:
Slimjet, and Falkon (formerly QupZilla-the litest ever but not feature-rich),
Similar to GChrome: Yandex and Cent Browser (both are great alternatives and I am using it now).

Glad it worked out. Remember that the same can happen with any browser when it's loaded with extensions, but keep in mind that this doesn't mean that all extensions are bad. Some do use more memory than others, some are badly coded and others are not, which is why you (and all of us) should use the task manager to see the real memory footprint whenever we install a new one.

Enjoy "surfing" :)
