- Comodo firewall
- windows defender is disbale

As I showed you with the previous video, the program works correctly, the problem is on your side, maybe you have some other security software that prevents you from running it.
Without seeing your PC, I would not know to tell you what is causing the problem. :/

yes yes, I know that is in my side, I posted because mabe you could help me, only that .
When I started the windows today, I run the Medicines and worked, now, if I try to run It don't work again.....
So I already patched It , but continue with this error, I will try to run this programs in safe mode.

I'm glad you were able to identify the cause of your problem.
From what I have read Comodo is not only a firewall but it is also an antivirus and antimalware, keep that in mind for the future.
