Windows Xp Supports Directx 11/12

Hey everyone,
i was googling about the best windows version for gaming and i found that windows XP is the best !
also the dude that wrote the topic said that i can find windows XP that "supports DIRECTX 12!!" is this legendary forum ...
since i am newbie here it seems i cant find that version of XP which supports directx 12 so please help me out find it . if it does not existe help me to find a way to Medicines a windows XP 64bit to support directx 11/12!
