Amazing release; I was reluctant to update to windows 10 because of the Microsoft telemetry and auto update cancer that was shoved down our throats; but with this release managed to change my mind.

No. They works. Windows Sore is integrated because LTSB/C editions does not have Store by default. Only Pro has it.

Please I am facing a strange problem - I have installed the version twice once through the flash and once on the Windows VM Workstation and in both times I find the version with backgrounds and defeat themes normal and did not find any program and did not find Windows Store and many other applications are hidden and do not know the cause of the problem

I do not know what to say here. As you said it is strange...
According to this above, maybe your source - ISO file does not work properly. No one else reports such a problem and I did not experience any problem during the installation so maybe some error during downloading or... ??? I do not know... Too little information. Try to install on a friend machine and see what happens...

It is nothing special about it. Extras folder contains Windows post-installation wizard made by me, Winaero Tweaker and Minion image and so on. Click and see what happens. It is really easy and nothing special to explain. In general basis apps for post-installation so a user can easily install and modify their build. If you do not feel comfortable do not use it...
Regarding BSOD probably that script causes it... Nothing unusual I know them one of them is named experimental un*ackery by author so...
You are doing additional tweaks on the already debloated and tweaked build. Second, 90% of those tweaks are probably already integrated...

Thanks for the Reply; But I actually meant something else:
Automatic Updates for Windows, automatic updates for drivers and automatic updates for windows store are disabled in this release, correct?
Are these automatic annoyances disabled in LTSC by default too?
