After I read yours and Chaplin reply, I did the installation of Pure 10 Pro one more time this morning to check if I made some stupid mistake during copying and uploading the torrent (but I always check twice in such delicate situation). It was my 11 or 12 installation during this project.
Each time, including this one, everything installs fine without any issue! NO lags, without stuck, nothing at all, PURE installation as it should be, ...
The only step which takes more time than usual is the First Login step, but the reason for that is app integration and script processing...
There must be something related to your hardware, configuration, specs, RUFUS ... that cause this stuck... I do not know...
Try ti use different settings than you choose usually...
... and probably a few other people will have the same or similar issue because they will install build in similar conditions as Chaplin and you did. Elaborate between yourself what connects you, and you will get the answer... I can open a private conversation between you two to talk there not here.

Take a .gif file that I attached bellow to clarify your doubts. The Gif file shows only crucial parts of the installation to reduce the file size. It is still too big so I uploaded it to Imgur because the optimization and reducing the file size will take to much of my precious time!

To conclude I could not draw that screenshots in the main thread by myself, and I know what I am doing. I always (99.9%) upload tested and good quality stuff.

@chaplin21 I would like to hear if build works fine after you restart and continue with the installation.

Ok i am Trying To Install it on VMware environment and
I will try another older Rufus Version for Laptop... Lets see.. I tried 3 Other Os on same Usb Drive with same Rufus... They all working... Kindly it would be soo nice of you.. If we discuss this matter in Pm.. Kindly Pm Me ☺

I am unable to download purchased and game pass games from the store. This error pops up: 0x80080206

After a quick Gsearch I found this -

"Services to enable:

-Connected User Experiences and Telemetry
-Delivery Optimization
-Distributed link tracking client
-Update Orchestrator Service"

By the looks of it, I wouldn't be able to restart those services would I? I presume it defeats the purpose of this build too

It seems your error is referred to as specific store apps that want to get into user privacy and which are contradictory to the purpose of this build. Google offers many solutions on the error number...
If you want games then enable services or do not...
People are awesome they want privacy and the performance at the same time. Choose what you want and stay there...
I am sorry I do not know better. MS Store works fine for me and my needs...
