In seconds I found many solutions.. To many to post here so try googling and reading and then solve the problem..

Its your computer and we arent there.. Sorry..

im no expert but perform a full chkdsk command maybe that will help i dont no

or perform a sfc /scannow

hope this helps like i said im no expert when it comes to these matters

One thing I want to hint at, is that you are running a "Insider Preview" version of windows 10. Insider Previews are kinda like beta versions: They preview what tweaks/features/etc... they are going to add or remove in the next build of Windows 10. So the fact that you are having problems is not uncommon.

So my suggestion is, if you are still having this serious of a problem on your machine, then I would suggest that you backup all your data, format your HDD, and install a non-preview build of Windows 10.

Just an FYI: the current build is: Version 1803, OS Build: 17134.48.

Dark Wolf you are right i had a Insider Preview version of win 10 and the problem was with " wevtapi.dll " i tried many thinks but with no results
so i got Windows.10.Redstone.4.RTM.10.0.17134.1.x86-x64.22.in.2-TeamOS and now its all good
