How can i undo your changes to sound UI? I need to be able to change sound output by clicking in the tray sound icon but with your build this options doesnt exists.

Make sure you are online, then reboot. Should be activated then. If not get Medicines here. >>

What kind of error? That is unusual! Neither of mine builds has installation problems! One particular screenshot confirms that! No corruption and integrity violation of files!
Something weird happened with your installation because you did something or some part of your hardware is broken!
Regarding the activation problem just go online and you would be fine!

Always do a clean install with custom builds! And my suggestion always uses clean install to avoid issues and the loss of data, etc...

Same problem, I think the issue is 1909 changed the layout in sound icon after you click it. I reverted to 1903 because of this.

Can you tell me how to do that? The "unninstal" button is grayed for 1909 update.
