Oh just one question regarding the latest security Medicines advised by the NSA that looks to be borked anyway... do any Win updates cause this Devine vers any grief as it looks like we will need to load this Medicines when it gets fixed....again.

A few things will revert back after CU for sure. Other tweaks stay the same! That cannot be prevented (M$ push it) but it will consume minimum or nothing resources (suspended in Task Manager).

Also @Mirkec, not sure if this is related or not but my IE11 stopped working all of a sudden. Any ideas why?
Update: Was able to run IE11 only by typing "start iexplore" in PowerShell.

Installed this,installed driver,and update,after that i cant get to the safe mode,always got restarting when im tried to get into safe mode

Sorry, I did not test the safe mode but I think on driver conflict. Try to remove them and try again.
You may also face this issue due to corrupted boot files (screenshot), due to virus infection on the computer or due to hardware incompatibility. The first two are not for sure!
