You can disable Security and Maintenance Notifications or All Notifications from Apps and Senders. More info on web

System security notifications often ignore what user/I set and show you notifications anyway. Try this:
1. Open Group Policy Editor
2. User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Start Menu and Taskbar.
3. Double-click on the Remove Notifications and Action Center option on the right pane and click Enabled.
4. Apply the changes and reboot the system.
5. In Task Manager find Windows Explorer and select Restart (at the bottom-right corner).

It's just annoyance because of pop-up and sound.
