In the bottom left there is a magnifying glass, click on that and type, "change system sounds"
I hope that is what is what you are after to help you fix the problem
You can change the sounds, or you can allocate no sound for a specific task
If your have "God Mode", you can ask it in there as well

Have you downloaded driver for Windows 7 64 bits from official Dell website?

yes what the exact message was is kernel32.dll wouldn't let me install the wifi driver


what I mean is that when I install windows 7 and then try to install the dell wifi driver gives me a error says kernel32.dll

so either the operating system needs to be fixed or there is something else to do. This also happened on the Yugi-Oh edition also.

use an external driver install program. the laptop came with windows 10 and may or may not be compatible with win7 drivers. An external driver program will probably have different drivers that will work instead. Trust me, the OS is fine. 897 downloads and very few complaints.

just download the above program, run it and see if it works. Otherwise, try a different version of Win7 . Im out of this conversation now.

yes..... now do it and try it. otherwise, switch to another version of win7 and try it with that, or go back to win10 and have it all work flawlessly. Now, seriously, Im done.
