Flashdrive is working fine in 2 other laptops.First issue... It's likely the filesystem on the flashdrive is bad or nonexistent. The OS will still see the drive in disk management but not in Explorer. You will likely need to reformat it.

When you plug in the flash drive, what does the filesystem show up as in Disk Management? If it shows as 'RAW', then it won't show in Explorer correctly until it's formatted. If it shows as NTFS, FAT or FAT32, then there is either something wrong with the partition or maybe your PC.Flashdrive is working fine in 2 other laptops.
