i have problem Recycle Bin option when i right click on Rec Bin and go to properties "Display delete confirmation dialog" is grayed out . In other words, the option is disabled and can't be enabled.

Is there any reason why is this disabled?
And is there any log, what all you changed, enabled or disabled.
And please if some1 can tell me is there a way to get rid of Aero Notification on desktop. For now i uninstaled Aero Glass.
