And I'm trying to seed torrents I recently downloaded from here seeing that my ratio has fallen below 0.4 but even though everything else says I have downloaded it in full, uTorrent is only reading 2.7% when I force recheck it. I'm by no means a leecher but for some reason, it's acting like I haven't even downloaded it. Nevermind me having it uploading at 40 kB/s. I would put it on 0 for unlimited but it seems to upload extremely slowly at not even 1 kB/s in the past. And I would message you for my inquiries but says you only allow certain people to visit your profile, nevermind messaging you

No, it is not modified only preactivated. For the last 1-2 years, The Rain's builds are not modified. If would be you will be able to see the modification list in the main thread!

Yes, it probably used KMS38 which I always use for activating LTSC editions. So no need to worry because until then your machine will decompose herself in a natural way.
