For the office and similar situation with the ISO file extension use always PowerISO or UltraISO (find both here on the forum) or similar applications for mounting CD/DVD,...
These apps mount ISO as a CD drive and the new drive will show up inside your Windows Explorer, for example, F: Local Disk. Go there and run setup.exe. Good luck!
