It will be good if you all consider the problem suggested by Nickey.
As i know, he do smooth modding of OS.
So kindly update your post with the problem this build has, else the thread will be prune as it has few errors, which are not mentioned in Post Description.

1. Insert a blank CD or DVD in your writable optical drive.
2. Right-click on the ISO file and select "Burn disk image."
3. Select "Verify disc after burning" to make sure the ISO was burned without any errors.
4. Click Burn.
Done.

I am still confused, I downloaded the file. Do I extract file then right click and burn it?

i have read all discusssion about this OS... friendly advice to all members.. there are so many modded OS here.. if it does not suffice your needs then be practical. dont use it.. choose an OS that works for you... my opinion. for me i will use it.. hope you understand me... m8s

I have no idea if you can enable power shell.
Maybe the author when I see this question can answer you better, I have not tried.

From what I read, Power shell has been removed, I don't think you can enable it.

Please add Windows Firewall from your next builds, because majority of people uses cracked softwares, which requires windows Firewall to block internet access.
