Dude you didnt even say PLEASE.. .. Just download this and idk.. Look for the wallpaper in Windows/Resources/ Theme or in Personalizations.. You know like right click the desktop..

no...its not activated...use Re-Loader....
this is untuched windows....we have just change looks...nothing was removed or added....we leave that to final user....any help needed , just ask....will help u......
