win10[2nd os] crashed

i have 2 os........i have previously installed win8.1[1st os] and yesterday i installed win10[2nd os]......today when i tried to install avast in win10[after disabling win defender] won10 crashed....then i restored it[option was given]
i have avast installed in win8.1
any solution?

did you made a clean install of windows 10 ? or you updated ? if so ....do a clean install and maybe it will work after !

@sashh Avast will not make your system crash. You must have done something wrong, like @vallerossi mentioned.

strange but yeah some programs give error or crash...
i use comodo internet suite , we have it also here somewhere you need to use the search to find it

Do Tell Us when the problem is Fixed , So we can close this thread

just remember whenever you install OS, install from scratch by doing a backup first and then clean install the OS you want. this way you are less likely to get crashes/bsod ??

maybe dont use avast... or any "anti virus "
