Locked Which is the best OS to install on a 32gb USB, and how do I create that?

Hi All,

Im Kelvin, I'm new here
Im basically a Photoshop guy with an Alienware who works on large files.
Sometimes I run mult-boot systems and get into all kind of messes with boot sectors, BCDs, UEFI/legacy incompatibilities, and all of those kind of things.
Im wanting to make an emergency windows to be able to download small softwares. deal with image files, partitions, etc etc with full functionality in terms of being able to go online, install and download anything I need, and basically start up from a USB Windows for times when I get locked out and my computer isnt making any sense, or I dont have the knowledge to know what sense would be.

Can anyone suggest a Windows version here which would be good to install on a USB within this context., and any suggestions as to the best way to create one?

I tried a link I found on Google a while ago, and the USB started to work but in the end would not load.

All suggestions, any links, etc highly appreciated!!

On 32 GB you can install few OSes, I would suggest windows 7,8,8.1 and 10 all in one it's 1 ISO but you have all those in 1 file and use Rufus to burn on USB, if you want to burn few OSes then use YUMI.

Sorry, but we do not give suggestions here about which WIndows to choose! Everyone has different preferences and wishes. It is your homework to do research. You need to read forum rules and introduce yourself on how we are doing here. Use RUFUS to make the bootable drive and install WIndows (YouTube provides good video tutorials). if you want to run Windows 10 directly from a USB Flash then use WinToUSB. Both apps can be found here on TeamOS.
