Locked Which antivirus is the best for windows 10 ?

i want to know which antivirus is the best in terms of security , user interface ...this laptop is used mostly by my small siblings and they are downloading games ..etc through unknown sources due to which malwares and Trojan attack occur please guide me which antivirus will be the best which can protect the computer form all type of viruses

Normally you should use malware bytes and antivirus(i just use Windows defender which was enough for me) both installed for complete protection.

@waqasnaveed use google and wrote the same question as you put in the title We do not gives answers to a lazy question or requests. Everyone has their own preferences...
Once upon a time, I used ESET NOD32 (my personal choice) + Malwarebytes + Hitman.Pro Alert at the same time = 100% protection!
At the moment I do not use anything only brain.exe. I am AV free 100%.
