I can not deinstall it. Anyone knows how to deinstall?

you can use this

- Open CMD ( With admin rights)
- Copy paste all in green include quotes: "C:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall
- Push enter.
- Next remove Desktop shortcut & remove program in control panel programs & software
