Locked WD Elements External HDD Problem Slow Loading Need Help

Western Digital Elements 10A8 1TB External Hard Drive
Problem :
Slow Loading
Slow Opening
Computer See It Attached In Device Management But Not In My Computer
I Tried
HDD Regenerator ( Slow Reading Sectors )
Error Disk Checkup ( Noting Happen After )
Defrag ( Slow Defraging )
Please Help Me All Of My Pictures And Videos Of My Camera Is Here.

Have you installed drivers for it, and what operating system are you using.
Have you tried different USB cables.

I'd strongly recommend you to use WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics for Windows to test the drive!
Make sure you run both the QUICK and the EXTENDED tests, it will help us determine the health and SMART data status of the HDD.
Another thing you should try is using a different USB cable to connect the WD Elements with. Have you tried using it on another computer as well?

@Wichestery2k is right.. wd data lifeguard will help you detect your harddisk problem.. with what you said slow reading of sectors i see your harddrive sectors are corrupted due to which you getting such issues.. If its old than probably its wear & tear issue & its time to get new one or in warranty get replacement.. Maybe try clean format once & check if it helps you..
