DL another version. You are P2P there? Find a different link. Uninstall whatever you have installed and start over.

I've had this error before. Delete utorrent completely and install it again and copy the files from PRO folder and override the files when prompted.

Do once more and then install qbittorent and forget this pro crap... Save downloads and set qbittorrent in settings and start them again..

Running 2 will get you nowhere here but headaches.. I know...lol.. Good Luck.. And Pro not always the answer.. Anti virus or defender nay have messed with it...
