Torrents Not Seeding

Greetings!

I have a serious problem with uploading any torrent. I follow all the rules and process accuretaly every time but my torrent is not seeding it shows RED color instead of Green that I don't know why...

I uploaded previous torrents but this time never face an issue like this one. It started to happen from last night when the tracker was down.

Please someone help me as I can't upload and seed any torrents...

I have the same problem with almost every torrent. Sometimes I'm seeding for hours and then download starts

No, doesn't works. Looks like something is wrong with my tracker or account. Maybe the admins can help in this or anybody...

lol , i had it this morning , but it was MY Utorrent program lol
I use Utorrent 2.2.1 and normaly is that one the best
