What is Camtasia Studio?​

Camtasia Studio is a video-based screen capturing software program. It is analogous to using a video camera to record your screen. However, unlike using a video camera, the software is installed on your computer, so your screen captures are directly recorded to a digital video format with higher quality audio. Camtasia can also be customized to capture the entire screen, a specific window, or user-defined region. Screen capture videos can be recorded with or without voice narration and can be annotated after recording.

What is Camtasia Used for?
Camtasia was originally designed for creating software tutorials but has other powerful applications. Common uses of Camtasia are:

• Software tutorials for discipline-specific or lab software
• Explanation of a process displayed in discipline-specific software
• Web site tours
• Narrated PowerPoint presentations
• Narrated explanation of lecture notes, homework solutions or other materials
• Video and audio podcast production

(Step = 1) First of all your net connection should be disabled on activation.
(Step = 2) Install Camtasia 8 or any above version.
(Step = 3) Disconnect your internet by plugging out the router.
(Step = 4) Install Camtasia and Launch it And select 30 days Trial Option.
(Step = 5) Afer step 3 open Camtasia and go to HELP > Enter Software Key.
(Step = 6) Type In Your Name in Name Field and try different Keys from Medicines
(Step = 7) Press Finish. You will get an error message saying there’s a trouble validating the key.
(Step = 8) Now Exit Camtasia Studio Software. (Completely).
(Step = 9) Go to this folder: “c:\ProgramData\TechSmith\Camtasia Studio 8\”

activation did not work. download only if you are ok with 30 day trial period and camtasia watermark. i also have added the sites in my host file but it seems to activate you need internet connection
