Facebook Video Downloader is a Windows application for downloading and converting user's favorite videos from Facebook and hundreds of other video sharing sites. It increases download speeds by up to 500%, or even more. The application features a simple and intuitive user interface, its main functions and features being quite evident to anyone, no matter the prior experience with similarly-purposed tools.

The main window of Facebook Video Downloader lets the user paste the links corresponding to the targeted movies, after which the user can begin adjusting various output preferences to save the file to the preferred quality and format. The program supports working in batch mode. Subsequently, user can begin tinkering with the save options, for instance the "Download Quality" (Standard, Low, Medium, High or even HD). The utility also lets users "Convert" movie to different audio or video formats, such as WMV, MOV, MKV, SWF, AVI, FLV, MP3, FLAC, AAC, Wav, WMA, and other device-specific extensions.

Depending on the selected format, the user has the possibility of modifying various other settings, namely codec, framerate, channels, sample rate, and other properties. Finally, users can decide on an output location and press the "Start" button to commence the download process, bearing in mind that for some files, a user may need to provide its Facebook account credentials to be able to save them.

Facebook Video Downloader proves to be a reliable and easy to handle tool that can assist a user in saving various movies from other people’s accounts, as well as own, in little to no time.
