Now how about giving all your machine specs etc and
maybe a couple real good screenshots of any error etc

Make sure you have installed all that game need (directx or c++some net.framework, older openAL and that stuff)
Make sure you have updated driver (Driver booster or driver easy if you don't want manual)
Optional:Windwos update
IF that didn't work try new OS,if even that didn't work check you hardwer.Good Luck

@ASimke is correct
first do you have all the dicectX versions that you need ?,
otherwise you need to download them using google to find them
do you have the right screen drivers and update them aswel (i use a nvidia gfx 1050 ti ) and the latest updates
when you have everything that is required the the game must work

Remove the 80GB WD hard drive. I assume it's old and worn out. It may cause you problems.
Perform a clean install of windows 10 enterprise ltsb 2016 x64. SSD as system partition.
