Yeah, It's a Medicines - patches are often mistaken as viruses (false positives) because they make alterations to the program files. But, just to be on a safe side - run it in a VM and test all you want with various antivirus programs... That's the most secure way to be sure!

EDIT - An idea: Why don't you Medicines the program, after that delete the Medicines, and scan your system then... Then you'll be sure...

P.S. IDK - I have never VirusTotatled any of the MS office Medicines, wonder what that would show? Hmmm...

I agree! But I noticed recenlty that virii todays are weak. I have not found a challenging one yet.
