Locked Network Problem. Windows 10 RS5

After Installing Windows 10, and updatinf via windows 10 update, all drivers and all installs and works all prefect in networking. the laptop is shown in network but not other devices(pc,laptops) donot show in the laptop i installed the. i formated multiple times, dill all the work i know, but the laptop is not showing in network. please help me to sortout the issue.

I honestly didn't understand the request.

Please explain your problem with more peace of mind.
a) Starting with the exact information of your operating system, updates that caused the problem.
b) What hardware do you have?
c) What exactly is the problem you have today.

Try flushing DNS server.
Hold down the Windows key and press “R” to bring up the Run dialog box.
Type ipconfig /flushdns then press “Enter“. (be sure there is a space before the slash)
Try rebooting the pc you want to show in network. If that doesn't work go to start menu, Windows Accesssories, Remote Desktop Connection and try to connect manually.
