Locked .net framework issue

I am unable to open net framework supported apps on my pc as its not working.Tried net framework repair tool,reinstall framework,reset pc but still no fruitfull result in my windows 10 operating pc.Any suugestions?

Can you be more specific what Edition in win 10 are you using and is it from here ? If possible can you show us the issue or error in image by uploading to lookimg.com & what display to you when you try to open the .net related applications

19H1 broke my .NET also. I have reverted to v1809. There is a fix I think. wait for it.

@pintudada, after you identify and uninstall the update that caused the problem, you can choose to disable Windows 10 updates, until some time passes and Microsoft stabilizes its upgrades.

If your Windows is original (not modified), you can try the following:
a) open CMD as administrator
b)

 sfc /scannow

c)

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

d)

 sfc /scannow

e) and finally again:

wusa /uninstall /kb:451583

NOTES: It is always convenient to make a backup of your system, before modifying something.
Do not forget restart after removing any update to verify that everything is working correctly.

@pintudada, I was looking at my updates and the KB4515383 is still installed.
This security update may not have been the cause of your problem with the .NET Framework.
Anyway, if you still want to try to uninstall it I offer you another method:

cant install the net framework even by turning on off windows feature in control panel and also windows powershell is giving error msg

Ok, you will have to review the steps, because the commands you have not put correctly or in the right place.
Open the "Run" window again (you can press the "Windows" + R key to make it more comfortable) and type "gpedit.msc" (WITHOUT THE quotation marks )
That command has to work, but that native Windows command works for you, your system is not well and you should consider making a copy of your personal files and formatting with a new copy of Windows.

NOTE: On the other hand, I saw that you were trying to uninstall .NET Frameworks! Currently .NET is part of Windows, so it will not allow you to uninstall it.

Hi @pintudada, I have seen that some versions of Windows, such as "Home Edition" or "Starter Edition" do not bring this service activated.
If this is your case, you can try with this .bat file that I have found browsing.
NOTE: I have not tried it because my system already has it incorporated.
Try it at your own risk.
I share the code of the .BAT file and to facilitate the task I also upload the finished file.
You have to run it as an administrator and wait for the task to finish.

1. Unzip "gpedit.rar" file
2. Run "gpedit_activated.bat" file as administrator and wait for it to finish installing.
3. Restart PC

Try another clean copy of Windows Pro, all professional Windows have built-in "gpedit.msc".
And the shared are the 3 current methods to add that service to Windows Home or Starter that do not bring that function.
