Need Help With Issue On Windows 10 (please Reply Soon)

Hello Everyone,
My problem is that whenever I log into my microsoft account on Windows 10 Pro RS3, the start menu no longer seems to work properly, I can still access it but the options no longer work for it and The programs have a new tag and every time I sign out, It keeps coming back. So how do I fix it? I already tried all suggestions about start menu fixing.

Have you tried Classic Shell or Startisback for an alternative start menu.

I just want to use to built in one as I enjoy it more than third party start menu. I don't understand why logging to my microsoft account caused this. I want to know soon because this issue is driving me nuts as I spent the last three days trying to fix it.

You think I haven't tried those but I found a solution, rather than converting my local to microsoft account, I leave it as local and then manually sign in all my microsoft apps. But thank you all for your replies.

Please, don't be mad at us... We are trying to help, but sometimes we aren't familiar with the problems some people have.
you've sold your problem which wasn't known to me.... now - you know more than me... we are not the wizards... we can help only if we had similar problems...

Do System Startup Repair using Bootable Flash Drives or DVDs, it can fix your windows registry errors and repair corrupted files.
My opinion is try to create or use Local Account when Installing a new OS or create new account in "netplwiz" or "lusrmgr"

IMHO - if you are having problems with your windows - backup up you "sheet" on some external drive... make a bootable USB drive, do a new installation...
check out for your HDD state, maybe HDD has problems

Run memtest and HDD sentinel!
